Adjustable Arm Exerciser, Anti-Slip Power Chest Expander with Count Function for Home Fitness

You really feel a smooth action and your muscles do not feel out of sorts when compressing the device. I have a home gym upstairs in my house, but this thing will stay in the living room, so while I'm watching TV with my wife, I can sneak in an extra workout.

This piece of equipment is highly portable, simple to use, there is no set up, you can use it right out of the packaging, and with daily use you will notice a difference.

It's got like a hydraulic pump that is adjustable with as much resistance as you want. I started on the lowest setting and have worked my way up and will continue to build. I've already seen a difference in my arms, chest and stomach. I just love it and the price was unbelievable for the quality. I highly recommend it

Idk if Im just really strong but i just got this today and i can already go up to lvl 13. Can definitely reach lvl 15 soon but I was expecting more resistance at 10 and onwards. 10 feels like its a warmup session. Can definitely feel it in my arms. It is a pretty cool device, I like the style just I feel doubtful that the resistance is upwards at 300+ pounds.

It's easy to use, easy to store. The counter is a plus and definitely an upgrade. I had another brand in the past which was a bit more pricy but, this one checks all of the boxes for the price, you definitely get a bang for your buck.

Now I am in my 50's and half the battle is getting to the gym. So this is quick very effective work out that keeps you from feeling guilty for missing the gym. Very low impact.

Way more engaging than squeezing a boring stress ball.

I am very happy I got this and recommend it to anyone else that needs a convenient way to get their daily exercise.

The machine very nice. The adjustable arms are a must have. Bigger guys want the spread. Very compact head and its balanced well. Some of the others you see a different mechanical solution. Those designs dont open as wide or have the longer arms. Don't listen to the sissies that dont like the spring back!!!!!! Anyone that has a clue understands that most of your muscle fibers get engaged on the down stroke or relaxed part of the movement. The contraction force is secondary. So the resistance you feel on the extention part of these exercises is a bonus!!!! Otherwise it would be compress and then a complete relax.

My forearms look more toned after two weeks of use.

Works arms, chest, and shoulders all with one compact trainer.

The product is great. I just wish it came out with a detailed workout guide.

I am very satisfied with the vendor and the product. The arm exerciser has a smooth operation and the ability to adjust the resistance is great. The exerciser is well built. I'm seeing results after only a few days of use. The price is reasonable and I would definitely recommend it!

My shoulder muscles have noticeably improved after just a few weeks of use.

A safe piece of equipment which will not injure you if following the simple instructions in a sensible and considered manner.

This device is very smooth. I was able to easily complete 6 exercises for my chest and arms, and it was almost effortless! My muscles are completely exhausted. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand. The quality of this device is truly excellent. After reading the feedback they hope to receive, I will contact the customer service to get help and further understand how to use this device; I also hope to get some guidance on how to use the arm length!

My shoulders have never felt stronger after just a few weeks.

It's small, lightweight with a heft, durable feel. Creates a unique burn due to the hydrolic resistance. Perfect for apt living before we move into our house with a gym. Will definitely use as a warm up tool as this really feel like it engages the whole upper body.

The resistance is firm and the grip feels really secure.

This device has made it possible for me to start toning again. It is well constructed with adjustable resistance. I use it every day, sometimes twice a day. In the few days I have been using it, I can already feel a difference.

Impressive quality for the price I paid.

Adjusting the resistance is quick and the motion stays silky smooth.

This is an absolutely wonderful exerciser! This little machine works for all of the upper body.

I've been using this machine for about 2 weeks. I love the resistance adjustment and the quality seems to be pretty good. It's easy to use and easy to store. I do wish the locking piece was built into the machine because I have to hunt for it when I'm done with it. Sometimes I just leave it open and lay it beside my bed. I love this machine so far.

Dialing up the hydraulic power takes just a few seconds.

I really like this exerciser. It can work in my arms, chest and back. You can get a pretty good workout in just a few minutes.

Feels the burn in my arms after just minutes.

For the price, this can not be beat. Over the last 40 years, I've tried lots of different gadgets and this is by far the best! Highly recommended.

This product is high quality to use and adapt to my fitness level from the very start.Easily adjustable to whatever level I wish to start from and increase as me benefit from it further with use and confidence.

It's strong durable and I enjoy using it everyday. It even comes with a booklet that features different exercises. I've taken it to work and introduced some of my friends and colleagues to it and they have now purchased one.
