Idk if Im just really strong but i just got this today and i can already go up to lvl 13. Can definitely reach lvl 15 soon but I was expecting more resistance at 10 and onwards. 10 feels like its a warmup session. Can definitely feel it in my arms. It is a pretty cool device, I like the style just I feel doubtful that the resistance is upwards at 300+ pounds.

It's got like a hydraulic pump that is adjustable with as much resistance as you want. I started on the lowest setting and have worked my way up and will continue to build. I've already seen a difference in my arms, chest and stomach. I just love it and the price was unbelievable for the quality. I highly recommend it

This piece of equipment is highly portable, simple to use, there is no set up, you can use it right out of the packaging, and with daily use you will notice a difference.

It's easy to use, easy to store. The counter is a plus and definitely an upgrade. I had another brand in the past which was a bit more pricy but, this one checks all of the boxes for the price, you definitely get a bang for your buck.
