The ankle cuffs are well padded and comfortable, they stay secure without digging into the skin.

Simple and strong enough. Fits perfect because of the adjustable Velcro. The thickness is the right one since it does not bother on the ankles, not bulky.

Leg straps are not weighted it's the straps that are the weights. Easy to store away. Made very well. I like them.

I ordered the pink ones, but they come in several colors. Each product comes with a 10lb, 20lb, and 30lb resistance. Even the 10lb ones can give you a good muscle burn if you do high reps.

They are portable for travel and take up minimal space.But I do wish the resistance bands were stronger. For me, the strongest one is not heavy enough. Had I known that I probably wouldn't have purchased them.

These bands are great. They are perfect for at home use and the gym. When i can't get to the cable machine i use these. They include three different bands with different levels of resistance.

I had previous resistance band systems that failed over time due to age. Since these are so short I am thinking that they may not last too long as they are being stretched pretty extensively from their original position.

they are quite long and I am 5 foot seven. I have to extend my leg way up and order for me to get any resistance, not like the pictures.
